Adequate. There was a mistake in the graph for percentage of medical errors reported. In the graph it says 61% "error recognized but unreported" and 25% "recognized the error but failed to report". (Those two things are the same) In the text under the graph, it says "The report found that hospital employees did not perceive the incident as an error in 61% of unreported cases. In 25% of unreported cases, staff members recognized the error but failed to report it..." So if we are going by the text, the label on the 61% in the graph is incorrect.
Very informative but boring to read everything. Other forms of teaching would be appreciated
taking a pictures of a pamphlet is not the best for online teaching,
It’s very concise and direct to the point. It will not waste one’s time in reading the course. I would rate this course 4/5
This course was informative, but some out of date material, spelling and grammatical errors, some unnecessary repitition, and courses that were not aimed at the correct audience.
I wish it had more visual aids like pictures and graphs, it would help to understand and retain information better
Too in-depth on the chemistry of medication. Some discrepancies in material and test questions. Several questions were incorrectly written or had multiple equally correct answer options.
This series was too heavy on pharmacology for nurses. Above the scope of practice for the average nurse. Several questions were incorrect. Conflicting information was given. Sometimes there were equally correct answers but only one choice allowed.
It was okay. I think the DEI and COVID sections were unnecessary and unhelpful to my professional practice. Waste of time.
I feel some other learning methods should be integrated, such as videos. lots of reading with no other stimulation. Hard to focus
At first it seemed a little over the top for a massage therapist, but it went fast.
This course was probably too basic for my level of experience in this topic. But, it's good to occasionally see what information is "out there". There were some pretty concerning terminology errors. Also, I have never heard of a nurse measuring and fitting a client for a wheelchair. Admittedly I work in a specialized setting, but even at that, I am not aware of a nurse ever appropriately prescribing a wheelchair for any condition (maybe a simple orthopedic, non-custom wheelchair for temporary use?). My perspective is complex rehab technology.
I like that I was able to get such a large amount of CEUs in one place. Some things that I did not like was how dated the material was and that there was no audio version that I could listen to along with reading.
It was really nice and fun and I had to do it to maintain a license and its ridiculous that we have to do these things as doctors but the AMA doesn't do anything to stand up for us!
This is not a short overview, very deep dive, & does not apply to clinical practice. It is very difficult material to remember.
Taking the course was very easy. The content was available for review in multiple sessions. The order of content made sense. The content was more basic than I was expecting. Halfway through I questioned if I will actually get CE credit for this course. (I'm about to find out). :)
Case studies are out of date. The test questions need to be reworded.
This course did not cover any apps with purple noise and sound wavelengths that can help with tinitis. Also, no mention of physical therapy or occupational therapy for symptom relief.
Some of the articles were very difficult to read in the format that they were written.
It wasn't as easy to get through as other trainings. Had good content, but wish it could of been more concise.
i liked the cause and content, i only hated the fact that i had to subscribe with automatics renewal to be able to take a two hour cause which i was missing. This cost me about $53 more. subscription plus 16 dollars for the course
could be better and more up to date now that its 2024 and they know more info on covid 19
I really expected to learn more. This was more like a google search response. For a free course, I guess it was fine, maybe my expectations were too high.
