Very disappointing. I even consulted a nsg professor friend and she agreed to the boring and confusing nature of several topics. The courses took much longer to complete because of this .

I'm really not understanding why a CNA needs to learn about medication errors. CNAs do not pass medication.

You need to keep the course on topic for RNs and make it customizable for the users needs.

General Feedback- I learned absolutely nothing from this picture less, movie less blah course. I completed the "30" hour course in 4 hours, with interruptions, and felt it very easy to look back through to find answers without a need to read anything beforehand. This course needs SERIOUS improvement. I recommend including many pictures and videos where the person is forced to watch it- not being able to move to the next page until video is completed. The questions are super easy for any experienced test taker with little to no medical knowledge. GRANTED, I appreciated how fast I breezed through this course, but did I learn anything? No. It was an absolute fail. I still cannot believe there were NO pictures on the skin section. I would never recommend this. The questions are literally laughable.

I don’t feel these questions hit on the most important aspects of the course, rules or laws.

The fact that you can not take the individual courses when you order the packet and are required to complete them all to receive credit is absurd. Please fix this.

BUMMED I had to do all the courses and couldn't just use the ones I needed -- please make a FL MANDATE ONLY package for people that get their CEs other ways - I gladly paid the $29 but wasted time on clicking boxes for the rest... maybe in 2024 that will be an option... MAKE IT SO

too many typos and confusing questions, the post-test needs review and editing

After completion I was not given credit for 6 hours and required to pay additional to complete them.

The information was presented in a very complex manner and was too indepth for the targetted audience, This made it difficult to hold the interest of the reader.

Question 12 have a letter C without any words which is the answer. Just a letter

Very poorly written-the language and the wording are awful. This was one of the worst courses I have ever taken and I should get my money back - yikes

Old data, outdated references, uneven treatment by chapter. Some data directly conflicted with current (even a decade old) statistics. In fact, in one question of note, in a direct word-for-word reading of the question, in referencing an official government website, the question erroneously had an incorrect answer stated as the correct one. So, if you knew your true stats, you got the question wrong. This is unacceptable. Most of course used ancient tech for quizes, which resulted in erroneous answers being submitted. The new format updated during the course which corrected that particular issue, but the damage was already done. Also, the certificate of completion was generated before the actual completion of the course. If I hadn't gone in to 'review' mode, I would not have known the information I needed to complete the course. I have pages of notes regarding issues that arose, but I'm done here. Get some interns, and fix the issues. Thank you.

Horrible course, UK-oriented but still offered to American nurses, out-dated reference, wrong audience with some of the courses directed toward students. Are you kidding? This was awful.

This course had me in tears because of personal reasons. It was very difficult for me to read through this course. Please take into consideration the impact on post traumatic feelings this particular course may induce.

making rating mandatory is why you get a low review. I spent all that time on the course, I am ready to put the computer down but because there is a few slides of nothing but mandatory "feedback" is just baffling
