This was marketed as being appropriate for counselors. Instead, it was entirely geared toward pharmacists specifically. Not helpful.
Too pharmacologically dense. Too time consuming. Will not be recommending or buying this course again.
The course was aimed to pharmacist and not so much nurses. The depth in which pharmacology as explained was too dense and not too patient focused.
A lot of true and not true questions that can confuse you
All of the material covered as far as blood-borne pathogens and other illnesses and possible infectious diseases and sanitation practices, was applicable to my profession however, the questions regarding EMS professionals and other healthcare worker, professionals is absolutely un necessary, considering a lot of people do not have experience with this line of work, regardless if the reading material was available or not it should have to do with only salon professional, based not healthcare worker based questions
My Note: Page 10 of 18 of this course discusses the use of therapeutic Ultrasound. This information is correct for Pain Management but contraindicated in cases of fracture. Electrical Stimulation and Cryotherapy are the preferred modalities for pain management post injury and post operatively. Also, Clinical non-union fractures are treated with the induction of an electric current in the bone through the use of a magnetic field. The questions at the end of the course are poorly written.
This is supposed to be a nursing CE package but it is more for pharmacy people
An hour of vague goals with implied easy solutions. What 30 minute staff meeting will improve care, resources, funding corrections in a for profit medical system.
There was some type of error in the administration of this course, it kept me in the pre test area until I passed by guessing and then in the post test area. I could not access the video and learned nothing regarding the subject.
This was supposed to be a nursing CEU course and it was all pharmacy - nothing I needed to know, waste of my time.
a mix of questions about nursing and clinical. Training was not clear and did not correspond with the answers.
I will keep rating this website with one star the more you force me to do it.
I am not a fan of the prompts to rate the course, other sites do not request this much approval and rating.
I feel majority of presentations were out of an RN's scope of practice. Very intense pharmacology that isn't helpful for RN's. Would not recommend
So many contradictions and inaccuracies . . . altered mental status is a late sign for one . . .
On the Part 2 test, question 2 is not a full sentence. Questions 15 and 16 are on a vignette that is not included in the materials. The vignettes are also laden with values-based language (the most egregious example is referring to Mindy as "promiscuous" rather than "engaging in risky sexual behavior"). There is a certain irony in the ethics training being, in many regards, unethical.
After section 1 this package goes downhill. The tests questions were tricky. Literally. Trick questions.
This course is very outdated. It should be updated or no longer offered.
Information was too in-depth and not necessary, unlike previous years where it was straight to the point.
During test taking, when I scrolled to the next question, it would change my answer from the question above. So there were times I knew the correct answer, selected it, then scrolled down only to see it change my answer to the wrong choice Very frustrating. I caught most of the changes and am glad I passed. Would have been really frustrated to have to do it over.
I don’t like how they make the questions so difficult an dont have direct answers we are hairstylists not in school
Overall not really that helpful.. its a difficult subject and the information given was way to much.
No, I did not love the course, I'm giving it one star because it is the only way to move to the next page, and I will never use you system again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.
