Too high level content. Need to be more basic to help those not close to weight loss drugs and treatment to have a better understanding
There are a lot of issues, these are just the few I noted. Section 6 question 11, 12, 13, and 14 are all about Informed Consent and there is no information about Informed Consent in the course. Section 9 Question 10 answer is wrong per the content "Most apps also do not require approval." Section 11 Question 3 answer is wrong - per the material the Jefferson Scale is a self-administered test, not a test for your coworkers. Section 13 is overwhelming and very confusing in the way it is written.
I don't like lecture by a person, I like reading the material
Didn't like the way that the slides were done narrator was a little bit too dry and there should have been more trade names in with the medications to kind of explain what we're actually seeing in the field
My biggest pet peeves is when speaker just reads off slides word per word.
Content was fine but presenter was not. All she did was read the slides. I can do that on my own therefore she was unnecessary.
She pronounced words differently. Hard to understand when speaking. I don’t feel that all content was discussed for the questions that were on the test.
How do you explain making a 90 on a test and only passing the course with 85%?
The actual content was very sparse, I felt that most of it was just common-sense stuff for anyone who has spent any time working in the mental health and/or child welfare fields, and most of it was just summaries of things that pointed the reader to various websites "for more information."
It did not cover what a CNA needs, more of surgical, pre operative, Dr, or RN questions about amounts of medication given to a patient etc.
I would have preferred a lecture format. Images would have been beneficial
After taking the test please and not passing it would be helpful to see the missed questions
After 33 years of practice, the requirement to take this course is insulting
It meets my needs however it is all words, no images or graphics to help break up the material.
One of your questions has the answer "true" as both options instead of being true and false. Additionally, there wasn't a whole bunch of content. It is supposed to be for 2 hours and took me 30 minutes at most to complete this CE requirement.
The course was fine, but I am disappointed to see that 19 credit hours are listed as "general" and not individually listed with the course name and the amount of CEs for each. This is not very helpful for a nurse who carries multiple state licensures.
Would appreciate more focus on treatment as that is where pharmacists are greatly involved.
Please have someone look over this course and double check test answers. I had multiple answers marked wrong despite looking back through the course and finding the correct answers. There were also a few questions that I couldn't find referenced in the text at all. I won't be choosing this course again.
Was not happy that I could not skip over courses in this bundle that were not required for this licensure cycle. Does not make sense that a course for an esthetician was included in a bundle for RN continuing education.
There were several spelling errors and some of the courses were geared for non-nursing professions such as social workers and Estheticians
Would like more videos, PowerPoints, or instructiveness besides reading page after page
pretty basic and does not pertain much to APRNs that don't work as RNs
This material was presented in a very dry manner, could really have used some graphics, case study examples and/or a short video demo.
There is no depth to the material past a couple meta analysis looking at two very topical methods of healing. Everything else you learned before undergrad if you were interested in health.
