What AchieveCE learners are saying

I personally think that it was too far in depth for an LPN License Renewal. Though there was some interesting material, it was way to much unless the LPN is specializing in a specific area . This is the first and only time I have EVER had to answer more than 5 test questions for my License Renewal. It literally took me hours to complete.

Este curso está excelente y muy importante para todos los profesionales de la salud es muy instructivo, gracias ,Ko recomiendo.

The material was good but the errors in test mechanics were very concerning to me.

The training is bit long for Barber Stylists that have been in the industry for 15 years or more! Just a small brush up training would suffice for the longest tenured Barbers.

The course was well structured but the information was pretty specific to Florida where I do not live or work.

The first question in this quiz suggests that MOST individuals with ASD never learn to live independently. That is categorically false. While that may be true that individuals on the severe end of the spectrum, it is certainly not the norm. How are we to trust a CE program that not only gets information wrong, but spreads damaging stigmatizations?

the website marks answers wrong, yet according to the rational provided are correct. Fix it!

The course if very detailed and offers a great deal of information. However, the quantity of hours needed to complete the course far exceeds the credits provided.

should not be included in list of courses for mental health counselors

Too much reliance on statistics and I am not interested in statistics. The Florida board requires a course that is redundant and assumes we know nothing.

some things were 10+ years old and outdated, lacking current data and facts, spelling and citation errors -- needs to be redone

I had extreme difficulty submitting the answers, and I think the questions were worded to trick you.

While the current theories and biological/neurological differences content was informative, up to date, and well-written, there were a lot of problems with the rest of this module. There was no information on the experiences and needs of autistic adults, neuroaffirming treatment approaches, the double-empathy problem, or the traumatic potential of ABA and its use to increase masking rather than addressing needs of autistic children. Other contemporary concerns of the autistic community were ignored (the rejection of person-first language and Autism Speaks by many autistic people, the disproportionate emphasis on the needs of parents and teachers rather than autistic people). Also, it is worth footnoting mention of Asperger's nazism. Finally, but most oddly, the majority of images used were of individuals with Down Syndrome.

personally I like to read the content instead of watching YouTube videos. One video would never load at all. I have never made such poor scores on tests .

It wasn't clear to me I would have to complete all 30 hours to get credit for any of it. I only needed 20 hours and was just looking for a package to get all the required courses.

I'm disappointed by the content. Based on the title, price, and description, I was expecting more information on the developing brain.

Boring and after 25 years in the industry there's no new informtation.

This course specifically addresses burnout as it pertains to nurses. If you are in another field, such as mental health, this may not be the most helpful class for you. Information is repetitive and could have been shortened to keep attention of learners.

Mi experiencia fue muy placentera, aprendí mucho en este curso, mucha información importante

I wouldn't of taken if I'd known it was aiming for pharmacy ce

This course is woefully outdated. When talking about public health without talking about Obama care or Covid is almost irresponsible. Well the historical parts of this were interesting, it is absolutely not up-to-date.

The course consisted of a lot of information that could have been better organized and broken up and into videos or some other format of learning. The test needs further review as the answers that was in the actual material did not match with the answers to test indicated were correct. I went back and reviewed several of those questions to see how I got it wrong and I was not wrong, but the answers were marked wrong regardless. Honestly, it was hard to get through all the material and would not recommend to anyone else.

Adequate. Dry. This is not a course, it’s just a reprint of FL laws and statutes.

I've worked with Joint Commission so it was easier to follow. However, it would be nice to have a medical errors offered that an outpatient mental health provider would find more useful.
