Overall, good introduction to tinnitus! I definitely learned a few new things!

I accidentally submitted my exam before I was complete. The one suggestion I have is, there should be a hard-stop to ensure submission.

A few examples may have made the course more impactful. I also would have liked to review my correct and incorrect test responses for additional learning.

I must have something wrong with my computer, because I know pick a lot of the correct answers that were different when I completed the section.

Excellent training. Unfortunately sprinkled with a few instances of ideologically-loaded terminology derived from ideologically-captured academic disciplines, inappropriate for a subject as important and harmful as human trafficking.

I was marked wrong for an answer I got right. #12 talks about a person experiencing unwanted and unintentional weight loss, 10% of their body weight, loss of body fat and muscle... The correct answer is "HIV WASTING SYNDROME" but the test has the correct answer as "KAPOSI SARCOMA" and that's obviously not correct. Aside from that the course was awesome.

A couple of test had the same (right) answer twice. Otherwise great course!

One question had a missing choice, so I got the question wrong.

Course was almost identical to the last time I took it, but there were some errors including duplicate answer choices.

A couple of things missed that I learned through my own practice. Tinnitus is a side effect of many medications most notably aspirin. And teenage children are at greater risk due to use of ear buds and loud music. These facts could be included.

This course was written very well. It was informative but not dry and boring. My only complaint is with question #10 on the test. Regarding the source to which you would NOT report an impaired coworker, anyone with any sense and professionalism would know that you would NOT report someone to the channel 12 news. Therefore, I don’t understand why my answer was indicated as incorrect.

Convenient way to achieve CEU's for recertification. Able to complete the course on my own time.

JCAHO most common sentinel events are wrong site surgeries and falls. would throw out this question

THE BURN OUT COURSE WAS VERY PERSONAL ... REALLY ENJOYED IT.. HIPAA ALWAYS BORING BUT WE HAVE TO LEARN IT ..:)

some of the questions were taken from the cosmetology set of classes and not covered in the included materials. other than that, the courses were informative and different enough from the cosmetology set of classes that is was worth while.

Glad I was able to order the required 30 credits needed in one easy package. Made the process a lot simpler to finish.
