New Hampshire Pharmacy Technician Standard Renewal Requirements - New Hampshire certified pharmacy technicians must complete 10 hours of Board-approved continuing education each year, including 1 live hour, 1 hour of error prevention or patient safety, and 2 hours of compounding CE if performing compounding duties. Registered (non-certified) pharmacy technicians do not require any CE for renewal. Renewal details and Board guidance are published.

I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
