The course was okay. I prefer more interactive learning. It took me way to long to complete this.

The course was okay. I prefer more interactive learning. It took me way to long to complete this.
Informative but not much information for the cosmetology field. More for medical field.
Some of the questions don't matter in my knowledge as an RN, for example, what year a law was passed. Some of the answers I never found in the text and I had to guess.
All about Covid, I wish it had more information regarding infections and diseases we could encounter in a salon or spa.
This course was in the RN Bundle but seemed geared toward Pharmacist
Had to chew my way through the boring content. Test questions are vague and poorly worded. I really didn't learn anything new.
I was expecting this course to be more tailored to cosmetologists and barbers. While a some of the details are applicable to us, most of this seem tailored to EMS/First responders. Further, this is mostly COVID-19 centric, and clearly outdated (as some of the references and recommendations are dating themselves). If I must take my time (and money) to do these courses, the least that they can do is make sure that the information is updated. Clear example of these renewals being more of a cash-grab than in the interest of public health/safety. If it were about health/safety, there would not be fees associated with renewing.
Some of the content was out of the scope of practice. Information was well organized, nice format. Easy to navigate.
Not a very good refresher in regard to content. There were misspellings and incorrect word usage as well. Also, I saw a reference from 2005 and CPR reference from AHA 2017. Although the CPR information was still correct, it made me wonder if any of the other information given in this course was outdated and incorrect. I don’t feel like I got anything out of this except CMES to recertify. On the plus side, it was easy and quick.
Some of the wording was a tad confusing but overall not terrible
The information on each page is not up to date and does not match what the narrator says.
I'd prefer answering less questions about percentage and numbers. This did not help retain educational material after completing each quiz.
I prefer a variation in presentations and more pathophysiology rather than pharmacology.
Vert little to do with day to day infection control and safety
Was too specific for pharmacy not nursing. But did learn new information.
Once you get to the test it doesn't tell you what you got wrong until you pass. Which if you get something wrong it should at least tell you which ones was wrong so you don't fix (re-correct) the right answers.
It included courses that I did not need for renewal and failed to include the course on opiate prescribing that I do need for renewal.
Some of the answers that the exam stated were correct and marked my answers wrong, were not accurate or aligned with guidance provided by the CDC or WHO.
The test needs updated and not have so many answers being so alike
Very convenient. It would be nice to have mixed media courses (video, reading, audio, etc)
The material was basically a flash card review. I feel that paying money for this refresher could have done a better job.
I wish the information was about how to keep the salon clean
I found the course needs more whistles and bells. Have some graphics, have audio facilitatior, Use DSM5 not DSM 4--oudated.
Was all text and very little interaction. Not to mention many of the sections & assessments were surrounding Florida's policies, not Ohio's for some reason. Sound principles and modules though
