Difficulty accessing course. Random chapters inserted into program where they did not apply
Some of the answers in the testing were wrong and one was duplicated and marked incorrect.
liked that it was easily accessible and at my own pace study
The information was a good refresher. I didn't take away much from the Safe Patient Handling course from the online course. There were no videos or slide shows just algorithms to read. Also, many of the test questions were written in reverse negative form. An example being, "Which of the following is not a true statement?" This takes a lot of energy to flip the question around to understand it is simply asking, "Which of the following statements are false?"
If there's almost nothing we can do about it, why is it so important to know someone has it?
Not bad. Wish it would report each course as they are completed. Also, it is structured as one whole program and doesn't allow you to take certain courses that are needed and skip ones that are not needed.
I think that some of the questions of the post - course test were difficult to determine the answers of, given the wording of the questions and the wording of the course content. For example, one of the questions asks about Aristotle, but there were tow potential answers.
Good content for primary care. I felt some of the topics were redundant. Some of the post test questions did not make sense or were keyed wrong or did not align with the correct information from the content. Overall, would recommend if needing pharmacology hours.
Easy to use and well organized. Some of the content is dated. Generally the course material is well written, but some test questions were not. I have an MSN and have practiced for 30 years and I didn’t always understand what the question was asking. Don’t try to trick the test taker. This is CE. Either we understand the content or we don’t.
Fix the random changing of answers from correct ones that were selected to incorrect ones which were selected. That would be helpful.
Slides are too long (need to scroll and read paragraphs and long lists of bullet points). There are a few typos (...not answer the perpetrator... as opposed to... not ANGER the perpetrator...). The test does not have letters such as A, B, C, D next to the answers, yet some of the questions you have a choice of A & C or B & D and so on. It's easy to figure out, but as a test designer, that is a no-no.
It was fine except the incorrect information in the Covid Course, provide accurate information or remove it
I liked the course, some of the content was heavy on the medication side for a RN.
Each page is very long with multiple paragraphs and long lists of bullet points. The information is good, just poorly presented. Would be better broken up into smaller chunks of info on each page with varying font.
Some of the subject areas were monotonous and uninteresting. Also, there were multiple typos that made some of the reading difficult to read or understand. Also, I noticed that when doing the questions at the end, some of the answers were marked wrong when in fact they were correct. This happened to me on two modules, which caused me to get the two lowest scores on my total performance.
Challenging the way it was set up. No way to go back to the cases when answering the questions on the quiz.
It was kind of boring. I did like the last course. It was a video presentation.
My feedback is that the content truly needs to be updated to information and data from 2020 to present. How can you post educational courses where the information, per the Bibliography, is on average from 8 to 18 years old? I recognize that some of this information is foundational, however, the statistics from 2018, when we are re-licensing in 2025, is really unacceptable.
some of the questions were just basic statistics memorization. I would have preferred questions with more application practice.
There was a lot to read and I'm glad I got a 90 % the first time.
WIsh I could have tailored it to courses I was missing from my required classes instead of taking the whole thing.
As a social worker this course was very medical and difficult when going into complex medical studies and prescriber-specific questions.
There was incorrect information provided in this course in regards to snake bites. If you are bitten by a snake, you want to keep the affected area at or below the level of the heart, not above it. Keeping it above it would increase the speed of any venom reaching the heart and hence circulating throughout the body.
we say we want to avoid discriminating against individuals with this disease and yet there is a course specifically tailored to that population. They are no different than any other patient that may have some immunocompromising infectious disease. Same precautions are taken.
