Some of the questions did not make sense, such as this one: "EMS clinicians should take the directive from PSAPs whether to done a PPE or not.". However, it was very convenient to take this class from home online.

The course material is great and very informative. My only complaint is with the writing skill of whoever wrote it. My high school English teacher would have flunked this person based on lack of proper sentence structure. The test at the end is even worse. The wording of #2 is not even a sentence or question for starts and then addresses information not even offered in the material. #4’s “correct answer” is totally incorrect based on the course material. The “correct answer” insults the intelligence of anyone who knows anything about this topic. The “correct answer” for #5 is also incorrect based on the course material. This is total BS, and whoever wrote this course should be forbidden from ever doing this again!
There were multiple topics and questions that were out of the scope of nursing and more in line with advanced practice nurses. I did not find these topics beneficial at all.
I didn’t. Like there wasn’t an option to listen to the passages
Feel like this is more of a test for healthcare workers than cosmo.
Concentration of questions using infrequently referenced acronyms other than in this reading material wasn't particularly helpful in applying the broader understanding of material in daily life.
Too many cases to keep up with and keep straight. Questions were ambiguous and do not necessarily show grasp of the principal points of learning, rather the specifics of the stories told/examples.
Questions were asked about a scenario not in the material "Lonely Lady" and cases were misnumbered in the test.
Poorly written for mental health audience. Author at times seemed to go out of his way to use largest words possible.
some of the questions in the second part had errors and didn't match the material provided
It was not great I failed the test for the first time.
4 of the questions asked for "check all that are correct" but it was not possible to do so.
This course was OKAY but more so geared for pharmacists than it was for technicians. It involved a lot of clinical information that is not necessary for techs to know in our daily job functions. Nevertheless, it was still informative and good to know but I doubt majority of this info will be used in real world applications.
Course was easy read and the website easy to navigate. the one thing that is missing is more information on how it applies to mental health counseling. Most of this was about medical errors in more of a medical role, there was one page if that was about errors in the mental health setting. If more information in the presentation would have been about mental health providers, then I would have rated the course a 3 or above.
Most of these were obviously tailored to pharmacists. As a nurse, I was frustrated by over half the course content. I would prefer a course labeled for nurses was geared towards nursing specifically. This was way too heavy on the pharmacology.
not very clearly written for people who don't do groups. The test questions were too intricate for just reading the paper.
It was all about Covid 19 and had nothing to do with the salon and my job.
The articles were too long for 2 hr of CME took 2-4 hrs each.
cramped a bunch of unorganized info into large sections of text with no visualk learning aid organized poorly , not allow effective learning in timely manner, just mass info dump weith no attempt to make it earier to learn, why no visual aids? over priced
I noticed some things that haven't been updated. As of July, we're now required to ask to see our client's IDs and to take note that we have their correct addresses on file. Theres additional identifying documentation we're required to have on site (Photo copy of ID, our full name, address, employment position, and how long we've worked there), and a few more things that went active in July that aren't in this course. That was actually the main things I was looking for because I am not fully clear on the changes and want to make sure I'm compliant.
the video did not work. I had a sample test before I even had anything to read.
The content was relevant but the test was terribly flawed. Q #5, #22 and #22 asked for multiple answers but DID NOT ALLOW SELECTION FOR MULTIPLE ANSWERS. Q #24, I believe, was objectively wrong. Q" "what are signs of elder abuse". Options, physical abuse, financial abuse, abandonment. OF COURSE ALL ARE TRUE. The test only accepted financial abuse. Since this is required this is unacceptable.
I found the course out of order when trying to refer back to the material for the testing. I also could not find some of the question and answer material referenced in the test.
Wasn’t about any salon infection & control. It was based about hospital guidelines for their workers.
