Loved all the classes except the Empathy class. May need to reconsider that class and replace it with a different Empathy class, it was very confusing and the test was not making sense

The use of a video for the course is an improvement to some of the other courses offered. The video presenter was informative and engaging.

Content is easy to understand and review. Test questions are straight forward and appropriate difficulty. You will learn a lot with this course. Would use again.
