stop making it mandatory for me to rate your courses. the course was fine.
I can't believe this is a required course. The first half is completely irrelevant to mental health practitioners. The rest seems like common sense. I suppose there are clinicians out there that are out of touch with technology & do need this course, but wow I felt like a high schooler being taught basic addition & subtraction.
The videos are all short and you can't fast forward them so it takes a long time to complete
Significantly out of date information. Not useful for Mental Health practitioners as it focuses 99.9% on medical. One of the test question answers is incorrect based upon information given in the text. Don't waste your time or money on this course if you are in Mental Health.
I would have liked it to be more mental health focused than medical, so I found it useless really for my profession with the exception of the RCA.
wayyyyyyyyyyyy to detailed. Way to detailed for RN license renewal. There iw too much expected of nurses.
References were out of date. Web links went to pages no longer containing the stated resource. Training course was little more than various blocks of text to read.
This bundle of courses for RN license renewal was the worst one I've ever taken in my 20 years of being a nurse. Many of the courses were geared towards pharmacists and the course assessments were very difficult. It took lots of time to complete which has not been my experience in the past.
It’s not for cosmetologist infection, control, or salon infection control for nurses and EMTs only.
All of this related directly to the medical field and medical professionals . I am not a medical professional, I am a beautician and this course was not in my scope of practice.
This has absolutely nothing to do with my profession. This is a complete waste of money and time on my part in keeping my license up to date. It doesn't advance my education in my field. Do better!
Information is vague. Course content summarizes and references outside articles/information. Nothing practical is offered for clinicians.
Has literally absolutely nothing to do with being a hairstylist. Is all about Covid and infection control. I feel like all I answered was questions about EMS.
Had absolutely NOTHING to do with cosmetology, salon, etc. This was a test for MEDICAL DOCTORS AND NURSES!
I don’t think this course has anything to do with cosmetology. It was a waste of money and time.
Took it already. This stuff is pointless, it’s just an extra money grab.
estuvo un poco complicado para mi por el idioma y la traduccion no me ayudo mucho
Super annoying required course that has almost nothing to do cosmetology but healthcare workers and ambulance drivers....weird.
Nothing wrong with the course material but this discusses covid and Healthcare infection control it is not geared toward salon professionals
I don’t like taking the test because I have correct answers marked when I finish the test and get the results then I have a couple wrong when I know for sure I had the correct answers marked. I guess in 2 years I will check before I submit. ¿
although very informative course had nothing to do with the beauty business and infection control but more about the pandemic with covid 19 and the infection control in hosipitals, clinics, and while transporting patients.
Has 0% to do with our industry. If I needed or wanted to know this information for any reason, I would not be a cosmetologist.
This course had nothing to do with my occupation, Is not relevant to 2025
