Michigan Pharmacy Technician Standard Renewal Requirements
Pharmacy technicians in Michigan must renew their state license every two years and complete a total of 20 hours of CE, including specific hourly requirements for pain & symptom management, patient safety, and pharmacy law/ethics. At least 5 hours must be live and direct-interaction programs, while the remaining 17 hours may be electives from approved pharmacy topics.
