Maryland Pharmacist Standard Renewal Requirements - Maryland pharmacists must renew their license every two years on the last day of their birth month, submitting 30 continuing education (CE) hours per cycle. Of these, at least 2 hours must be live, 1 hour must address medication errors, and additional topic-specific hours may be required depending on the pharmacist’s scope of practice. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me.
