Connecticut Pharmacist Standard Renewal Requirements - Connecticut pharmacists must renew their license every year by January 31 and complete 15 hours of continuing education each calendar year, including at least 5 live hours and 1 hour focused on pharmacy or drug law. Immunizer pharmacists must complete an additional 1 hour of immunization-focused CE. Accredited programs from ACPE, CME, CNE, and State Boards of Pharmacy are accepted. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me.
