About this course
From the Oklahoma City bombing, 9/11, and the Boston marathon bombing to countless mass shootings, emergency medical personnel in the U.S. have been called upon to respond to various domestic and international terrorist attacks. While the location, timing, and exact nature of these events may be unpredictable, the response must involve a combination of first responder, public health, and hospital resources. This course is designed to provide first responders with the tools and critical approaches that they will need to identify and respond to a major terrorist or mass casualty event.
