This course is great for the medical field, however, has nothing to do with the cosmetology field.
3 questions have inconsistent ways to answer questions causing you points towards passing. Questions 5, 14, and 24.
Does not talk about hands on care; however, more pharmacology and diagnosis
I thought the information provided was thorough and well explained. But, I thought it would be less about covid/pandemics specifically and more geared towards salon disinfecting and cleaning. Not necessarily a bad thing, I simply had a different expectation. I am happy to learn regardless!
I would rate the course well but the system needs to be fixed after at least one answer on every single test I took had been changed and was marked incorrect. When I went back and checked the answer I entered, which was correct, had been changed to an incorrect answer. There wasn't a single test that didn't have at least one answer that was changed.
Most lessons were great and informing. However, there were several courses that were duplicates on the same topic with different instructors.
i honestly thought i aced this one, but i was wrong on so many.
I feel it was more pharmacy related than nursing related. Informational yes… but more on the pharmacological side than nursing.
Seems like a stretch for most of this information to applicable to cosmetology.
Course hasn't been updated since I took it 2 years ago, it is the same information. I don't feel it was designed for salon professionals.
Needs more audio/visuals to break up the monotony of paragraphs of text.
I don't understand why for cosmetology we are still only currently learning about pandemics and covid 19 for EMS and healthcare when our scopes are based on the salon, I understand the information is important but should still pertain to our scope of practice.
some questions have multiple answers and unable to choose more than one answer.
It had great, concise information, but would be much better if accompanied by photos.
Many of the questions on this test were not worded well. It was confusing and made me second guess many of my answers. If the goal is to have us retain the information then that should be looked into.
i feel that this course was more directed towards medical personnel than cosmetology
Update test to allow you to select more than one option on questions that ask you to select "all that apply".
Test page is glitchy and said the last two questions i selected correctly were changed and incorrect from what i originally selected
I wish it was more pertaining to salons. I understand we come in contact with Covid and other diseases, but this seemed more geared towards healthcare.
This is a lot about covid. Does not have much to do with the hair industry. But I understand we need to take precautions because we are in an industry with close contact to people.
It is foundational in these subject areas. Quick to listen to and answer the questions. I wish there was more information and geared towards nursing. It is for pharmacists.
Very long-winded, this course should be 3 hours. All words, no visuals. Question 19 does not offer any correct answers. Some questions on the test are very poorly worded. Expensive as well. However, it meets the Florida requirement that I needed.
wording of questions made it impossibly challenging/difficult to answer with the knowledge I gained from the course. Definitely a set up for seconding guessing the confidence gained from such an informative course.
it was kinda difficult to understand the course and it was dry
