The exam at the end of the course was not geared towards Salon Professionals, rather the healthcare industry?

This is the course offered for my Continuing Education hours for Cosmetology. This is in no way related to the material I practice every day to ensure I provide a clean and safe salon space. Very disappointing.

When answering the questions, if I use my arrow keys or mouse wheel to scroll before clicking out of the question area it would move my answer up or down depending on the direction I scrolled. This made me miss answers that I originally selected correctly

UNLESS I TOOK THE WRONG COURSE, THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY OCCUPATION.

Not a good course. People like to pick their courses that they are most interested in therefore retaining the material. Having material that is too many subjects and are of no interest or little interest does not do well for retaining the information. One of my favorite thing to do is to read for knowledge, I didn't get this here. Will never take this type again.

Covid is done and over with. We are going on 5 years already, I think it's time we move on. So many things have changed I felt this course was outdated and pointless.

This course was about health care workers and Covid 19. Nothing mentioned about a cosmetologist. A cosmetologist doesn’t need to know about first responders taking people to the hospital. I wanted to learn about infection control and safety from a SALON perspective, not a hospital/ first responders perspective.

THIS IS THE WORST, i AM NOT IN A HOSPITAL AND DONT HAVE PATIENTS. THIS TEST IS NOT FOR SALONS AND I SHOULD DEMAND A REFUND.

You need an actual LPN to put together a continuing education. Whomever put this one together filled it with material outside of the scope of an LPN and was geared heavily towards pharmacists and clinicians. Much of the content was redundant and outdated. Some of the vital readings listed would have been an actual emergency, but were stated as normal. You really should use an acutal LPN or at the very least, someone with the knowledge of the career to construct a continuing education package for LPN's.

This has nothing to do with the safety and infection knowledge that a hairstylst would need to know.

This has zero to do with my sanitation as a cosmetologist. How about asking time to sanitize or when to sanitize. COVID has been over for 2 years and there is no prevention because we have all had it multiple times just like the flu.

Out of date material - over 11years and primary data from the 90s!

It was boring, confusing, redundant, and not very useful. It was filled with poorly organized data that did little to distinguish various clinical issues relevant to the subject matter.

I was expecting the course to deal more specifically with the infection Control and Safety within a Salon environment
