Dry, overwhelming format. Also, I think quiestion 19 was wrong - the answer should have been the lowest dose. none of those answers were correct.

The courses tests on safe patient handling and cannabis were excessively difficult.

I feel like this was purely a pharmacology course even though it was not advertised that way.

Most disliked Controlled Substance course I've done and I must do them routinely for licensure. This is incredibly repetitive, and therefore extremely frustrating and boring. It is so repetitive and wordy it actually made it harder to learn. It could be condensed extremely. I'm in practice over 30 years and I think this is my most disliked CME activity ever. Please make this much more succinct

You incorrectly marked me wrong on an answer that was CORRECT--you wrote "fight or flght" response--correct answer is "FIGHT OR FLIGHT" you have a typo that needs to be corrected!!!!!!

Many of the questions in the test either were not in the reading or did not match up with the questions. Supportive Therapy for a Lonely Lady is not in the reading and is not case 3 is one example. there are several.

Way too much emphasis on studies-- just want the facts and recommendations!

I did not find any of this helpful for my line of work.

This was truly a great course. I would like to review it later.

There are a significant number of grammatical errors littered throughout the course material, some of which actually hindered my understanding. A better editor wouldn't be a bad idea.

This had very little to do with my line of work and for 2025 seems outdated as it heavily focuses on the Covid 19 pandemic of 2020/2021

I thought some of these topics were not focused on nursing duties and gave too much detailed biochemical unusable knowledge.

misleading title, this has nothing to do wit infection control in salons

All about COVID. But when COVID came.. It was another story. How about salon safety, how to protect ourselves and customer questions? How about working alone? Self defense?

I did not know I picked the category that had nothing to do other than with Covid!

To be honest, this is really not suited for Salon purposes. I feel like this is straight up a nursing type CE.

marijuana course was not educational and it was a poor format to learn. Not applicable to nursing

It says it's for salons and cosmetologist but it seemed to be for Healthcare workers

Not sure why most of it had to do with ems... would be better if it included what we could do to keep em's safer if we ever had to call them to a salon

There should be some video slides being that this is an online course

I feel this course should have been more interactive to keep the learner focused and understand more of what they are reading along with helping them learn what is needed.

This is made for health care workers not Cosmetologist, had nothing to do with cosmetology at all. Also referenced Covid-19 like we are still in the middle of it not 5 years later.
