Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions related to course packages

What's the benefit of buying a package over individual courses?
So much! Firstly, you'll save a ton of money by bundling your courses together rather than purchasing them individually. Also, we take the guesswork out of it so that you don't need to scour your board's outdated website to figure out which courses you need to take this year – we've already done that for you, and now you can just focus on learning.
Do I need to take all of the courses included in a package to receive credit?
Nope! You're welcome to purchase a package and if you don't need all of them, you can pick and choose which ones you want to take. PRO TIP: if you don't need all of the courses included in the package for this renewal, you can just leave them in your account and take them next time around.
Can I try out a package?
You are more than welcome to sign up for a package to see if it's the right fit for you. If for any reason it is not, you can request to cancel at any time and are welcome to a refund. The only caveat is that you will still be charged for any courses you complete, for which you've already received credit in the form of a certificate of completion and/or reporting to at least 1 board.
If I want a package, do I have to sign up for the auto-renewing subscription
By default, our system will set up the auto-renewing function upon your sign up, however, with just a few clicks you can disable this under your user settings.

I really loved this information. I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
