Louisiana Pharmacist Standard Renewal Requirements - Pharmacists licensed in Louisiana must renew annually between November 1 and December 31, with expiration occurring December 31 for any non-renewed license. The state mandates 15 hours of continuing pharmacy education every year, including at least 3 live/“in-person” hours, or alternatively, 20 hours total if no live hours are completed. CE documentation must be tracked in NABP CPE Monitor and is subject to board audit.
