Kentucky Pharmacists Standard Renewal Requirements - Kentucky pharmacists renew their licenses every year by February 28, completing 15 hours of continuing education, with at least 1 hour on opioid epidemic or opioid use disorder for 2023-2028. All CE may be completed by home study during this period. CE must be ACPE or Board approved and records retained for 3 years.
