Kentucky Pharmacists Standard Renewal Requirements - Kentucky pharmacists renew their licenses every year by February 28, completing 15 hours of continuing education, with at least 1 hour on opioid epidemic or opioid use disorder for 2023-2028. All CE may be completed by home study during this period. CE must be ACPE or Board approved and records retained for 3 years. I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
