The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy does not set mandated topics for Pharmacist beyond the live-hour minimum and all 30 hours may be taken as electives or general topics related to the practice of Pharmacy

Standard Renewal Requirements
Every Arkansas pharmacist must complete 30 hours of continuing education per 2-year renewal period to satisfy Arkansas pharmacist license renewal. At least 12 of the 30 hours must be live CE contact hours, and at least 12 of the 30 hours must be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education - these two minimums may be satisfied by the same courses. The remaining 18 hours may be completed through online or home study courses like the Arkansas Pharmacy CE Package. The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy does not mandate specific subject-matter courses beyond these delivery-type minimums.
