About Wesley D. Kufel

Wesley D. Kufel is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Binghamton University School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Binghamton, NY, where he delivers infectious diseases (ID) education to pharmacy students.​ ​He is also a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in ID at SUNY Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY, where he provides clinical services for the ID consultation teams.​ ​He serves as a preceptor and educator for pharmacy students, PGY1 pharmacy residents, PGY2 ID residents, medical trainees, and ID fellows. He also serves as the Residency Program Coordinator for the PGY2 ID residency program and co-director of the Residency Research Certificate Program. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine Division of ID at SUNY upstate Medical University In Syracuse, NY.​
