About Erenie Guirguis

Dr. Guirguis attended Palm Beach Atlantic University for her Doctor of Pharmacy degree then pursed a pharmacy practice residency at the Miami Veterans Affairs Hospital in Miami, Florida. ​ ​After completing residency, she pursued board certification in pharmacotherapy and is currently an associate professor of pharmacy practice at Palm Beach Atlantic University with expertise in internal medicine. ​ ​Her teaching responsibility include coordinated and teaching a special populations pharmacotherapy course as well as teaching liver diseases in the Gastrointestinal and Renal Pharmacotherapy course. ​ ​As an internal medicine faculty member, she has been practicing in internal medicine with an interdisciplinary team at several teaching hospitals for over 10 years. ​ ​Additionally, she is involved in research and has published several review articles on off-label use of medications as well as other internal medicine pharmacotherapy topics.
