About this course
The large focus of practice in Pharmacy is shifting gears towards clinical skills and optimal outcomes. This activity will highlight the basic features of MTM and CCDM to more enhanced application models. Collaborative practice is an underutilized resource in most states, and the session will highlight pharmacist capability and autonomy to serve healthcare to the top levels of licensed practice. Pharmacists play a significant role in alleviating the healthcare burden of billions of dollars and supporting Physician dearth. The session will uncover the gap of knowledge regarding a clinical pharmacist's abilities to impact patient care and be reimbursed for such services.
