A Dentist’s Guide to Dental Ethics and Law In New Jersey – 1 CE

This course will help fulfill the NJ State Board of Dentistry’s requirement that licensees complete at least 40 hours of continuing education on the subject of Dentistry each biennial renewal period.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this continuing education activity, the participant will be able to:

  1. Recall the meaning of dental ethics and the reasons for the need to study it.
  2. Define the five principles of dental ethics discussed in this course.
  3. Interpret the principles of dental ethics into specific actions or decisions.
  4. Recognize the laws of the State of New Jersey concerning dentistry.
