This course was poorly proof read. Multiple wrong answers to questions. Fortunately not enough to cause one to fail course. Rather disappointing to point out in writing where the errors were to program support staff and not have them see mistakes.

too many terms that we are not as familiar with. Perhaps the presentation can be in a simpler and entertaining way.

It would have been helpful to have a simulated scenario like they did for that mental health training where you are talking to a patient using multiple choice options. During the scenario, the person demonstrates red flags for trafficking and then it walks you through the process of safely addressing it.

would be nice if I could have been able to review course material during the test.

i honestly thought the course would be more in depth, most all the info was easily obtainable online, I do not think this course was worth 20.00

Factual information on Covid-19 as of February 2020. Much has changed since then!

I felt questions were poor with more emphasis on wording of questions than education

It was short and easy. I would have liked to learn more about certain medications that would help people with this condition.

Can you check the test because I think some of the answers didn't match up to the questions.

One question on interrupetation of reactions did not let you answer type. All 4 were just result of reaction. No interrupetation allowed.

Excessively long and overly detailed in certain aspects compared to what the quiz asks for. Needs to be more direct.

This course is outdated and does not contain correct CDC guidelines in regards to mask usage or symptoms and testing requirements regarding COVID-19. It definitely needs to be updated.

I liked the course, it was easy to follow. I would give it 5 stars except the "correct" answer to the Test Question #10 is wrong. The question stated, "Which of the following would you not report suspected impairment to?" The real correct answer should be "Channel 12 News" ""

One of your question stems is a repeat but has different distractors so clearly a different stem was intended to be there.

I'm expecting more handful information for a daily basic work in a Healthcare Professional setting. For me the last topic of Pandemic Prevention and Patient Management ( and you change for Coronavirus Classification) is important and relative in the 30 hrs certification for health professionals.

The course is fine - the quiz is terrible because the answers do not match the questions on several of them.

The information was out-of-date but accurate based on the references as far as I could tell. We seem to learn more each day about this virus and working in healthcare I understand it's not easy to relay what we've learned so quickly into a learning module.

Please correct the error about the snake bite being kept above the level of the heart. some snake bites are cardio toxic!

Your questions don't match what you say is the right answer! Two questions where the same and had different answers that did not make sense.

Good overall info, just not as current as I was expecting. The program is easy to use (I.e. navigation through course, etc)

Update to JNC 8. Proof read the article again and correct typos.
