I feel like this has almost nothing to do with what I do
This has nothing to do with anything Salon related. It was actually a waste of time. I am not a nurse or an EMS professional, and do not plan to become one.
Title states for salon professionals, but course did not contain any salon material or guidance in a salon atmosphere, only health care settings and their protocols.
It looks like on the two questions, I got wrong choices changed with the scoring as I selected the 2 right responses that were marked wrong and later showed in red as the right response. This should of been a 100%.
The videos were very long and would have been better used as power points that allow the user to determine the speed of learning. Also, much of the content provided was not relevant to my nursing specialty as an ER RN.
Not what I expected to be learning about for cosmetology. EMS services are not in my job description.
covid19 medical and hospital standards to not apply to every day comsetology
Pretty sure they just took an EMS pandemic protocol training and slapped a Cosmetology Infection Control label on this course to tap both markets.
I am not an EMS worker. This course and quiz were not appropriate for cosmetologists.
Most of these courses were designed for pharmacists. As a nurse, I had a very hard time understanding much of the material. Also, the tests in this course need to be reviewed. Several times, I had chosen the correct answer but lost points because an incorrect answer was programmed as the correct answer. Several of the video presentations had a fairly poor audio quality and at times, the sound would fade out entirely. Overall, I would not recommend this course.
This test may have been relevant during 2019/2020. I'm not sure the CDC is still recommending masks even though I am pro mask and choose to wear one.
Questions were worded wrong. Very difficult to understand and had me second guessing myself.
while this was about infection and control, i am not a healthcare worker and i feel it was very focused on EMTs and hospital work. i work in a salon, not a hospital and i wont be transporting clients in an ambulance
Has absolutely nothing to do with cosmetology. Not one part of this pertains to us.
if I could I would give it a zero all about covid
Terrible because the answers were not verbatim in the reading selections. This test did not pertain to the infection and safety control as it relates to the salon. I'm being kind giving it a one star!
Took extensive notes and the questions were not worded correctly or not even covered correctly in the course. Save your confusion and take a different one from this.
I am a cosmetologist, not a medical professional. This is a waste of my time and money for this course to be required. what a scam!
idk why I'm taking a test that has nothing to do with my job. This made me feel like I was taking a nurses test.
Nothing to do with cosmetology profession and our safety and sanitation rules.
Dumbest test ever per a cosmetologist. Hopefully this is the correct test that I paid for to renew my license.
Has nothing to do with Cosmetology. I am not a health care worker.
GET OVER THE COVID. GO BACK TO THE OLD SCHOOL COURSES THAT ACTUALLY DEAL WITH IN THE SALON. THERE ARE MORE THINGS OUT THERE THEN JUST COVID.
I am very disappointed in the questions I had to answer in this course. Overall, what I read before the test was great information and what I believe to be very important to know. However, the way almost every question was worded was extremely confusing.
