too much about covid 19 and not about keeping a salon healthy post pandemic
There were misspelled words on the test as well as the test conflicted with the text.
Why is this EMS course listed in my courses as a cosmetologist?
I'm a Cosmetologist not a health care worker. I don't need to know what happens in the medical field of how to clean an ems vehicle and the innerworkings of what they need to do. I do need to know what to do in a salon and how to keep things clean and sanitized to prevent the spread of disease and infections.
This course has nothing to do with cosmetology and it is a complete waste of time and education.
this had nothing to do with cosmetology and disinfecting for this career choice should be more geard towards hospitals nursing etc
This doesn’t pertain to my cosmetology license and it’s 2025! Covid precautions are no longer heavily placed!!
My answers were changed when I went back to the previous page review the topic. I missed more than I should have because of this. I'm not sure how my answers changed without me doing so which is very upsetting
Your audio does not work and there are many typographical errors. Not a good look for a medical error course.
We do NOT work in the healthcare field! We are not EMS
I would like to learn about something else OTHER than COVID 19 since I am a HAIR DRESSER.
This has nothing to do with salon, safety and sanitation. It is still outdated and has to do with hospital grade, safety, and sanitation and Covid procedures that is long outdated.
i felt like i was taking a nursing course. felt uncomfortable taking a course that wasn't really about my license. im not a nurse. i understand that infection control is important but this was a bit much to make a hair stylist unfortunately this isnt more about my experience in a salon setting not in a hospital setting
This course was listed as Infection Control and Safety for Salon Professionals, and had nothing to do with the profession. It was for health care workers, essential workers, and EMS protocol during Covid 19.
informative but terrible waste of time with horrendous redundancy and totally unnecessary time consuming boring verbiage that greatly detracted from study exercise
pointless information for my profession, trick questions, false information after fact checking everything for three hours. awful set up of information and testing.
Very ridiculous to be answering questions about Covid when renewing my license for cosmetology. Something that has nothing to do with any part of this industry.
This is not up to date. Should be about current diseases that affect salons not about the pandemic that happened 5 years ago.
The contents of this course has NOTHING to do with infection control and safety in a salon environment.
feels more medical related harder to relate to even with the good information
Most courses were videos instead of articles. Did not align well with my learning style.
This course had nothing to do with a salon. I am not sure why they took out the regular course we take but this is ridiculous. Especially now with all the new information we have on what happened with covid. Yall need to get it together.
Unlike what I thought would be for a COS CE learning, this mainly is focused for hospital workers, and it is 2025 covid 19 isn't a pandemic anymore.
Continues to contribute to the biased beliefs about minorities in health care
