Washington Dentist Standard Renewal Requirements: Dentists in Washington must renew their licenses annually based on birth month, fulfilling 63 hours of continuing education every three years as part of the renewal process. The continuing education must include 3 hours each on infection control , medical emergencies , and dental law and ethics. Additional opioid prescribing education may be required if applicable. Course formats include online, live, and self-study options from approved sponsors. Additionally, dentists must complete a dental jurisprudence exam every three years. These requirements are outlined by the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission and the University of Washington School of Dentistry here .

I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me.
