Utah Physician Assistant Standard Renewal Requirements: Physician Assistants in Utah must renew their licenses every two years by May 31 of even-numbered years, completing 40 hours of CME per cycle, with at least 34 hours in AMA PRA Category 1 or equivalent. Controlled substance prescribers are required to complete 3.5 hours of CME on controlled substances prescribing every renewal period, including a one-time SBIRT training. Specialty board certification is accepted as CME fulfillment. These standards are enforced by Utah's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) Utah DOPL PA Renewal and legislative statutes Utah Code 58-67-304 .

I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me.
