  • Utah APRN Standard Renewal Requirements: Utah APRNs must renew every two years by January 31 of even-numbered years. License renewal requires maintaining current national certification in your APRN specialty; those with prescriptive authority must complete 4 hours of CE in controlled substance prescribing (including DOPL’s online tutorial) and Board-approved suicide prevention training. There is no live CE or elective/general hour mandate, but all CE must pertain to advanced practice specialty ( Utah DOPL - APRN Renewal ).

I really loved this information.
