New Mexico Osteopathic Physician Standard Renewal Requirements : New Mexico DOs renew on a triennial cycle by June 30 every three years and must complete 75 CME credits during the prior 36 months, including at least 30 AOA Category 1-A or 1-B credits, 1 credit reviewing the New Mexico Osteopathic Medical Practice Act and board rules, and 6 credits in pain management. Accepted CME includes AMA PRA Category 1, ACCME-accredited activities, or AOA-approved courses.
