New Hampshire Physician Assistant Standard Renewal Requirements: Physician Assistants in New Hampshire renew their licenses every two years and must maintain current NCCPA certification or complete 100 hours of CME (with at least 40 hours being AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™) within the renewal period. CME records must be maintained and are subject to audit, but documentation is not submitted at renewal unless requested. I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
