Montana Dentist Standard Renewal Requirements: Montana dentists must complete 60 hours of approved continuing education every 3 years, due by March 1 of each 3-year cycle. Topics must be clinical, scientific, or dental care–related and not fall into excluded categories. Current CPR, ACLS, or PALS certification is required for licensure, but does not count as CE. Full requirements—plus anesthesia/sedation CE mandates—are published by the Montana Board of Dentistry .

I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
