Missouri Pharmacist Standard Renewal Requirements - Missouri pharmacists must complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years to renew their license, with the next deadline October 31, 2026. No live or in-person credits are required, and ACPE-accredited coursework is accepted. Mandatory topic hours only apply for certain specialty endorsements such as immunization, drug therapy management, or blood-clotting product dispensing. Renewal and rules are published by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.

I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me.
