  • Maryland Dentist Standard Renewal Requirements: Maryland dentists renew every two years and must complete 30 hours of Board-approved CE, with at least 13 hours live (in-person or live webinar) and up to 17 hours self-study. Required topics include infection control (3 hours every cycle starting with 2025 renewals), plus 2 hours in abuse & neglect and 2 hours in proper prescribing & disposal on alternating cycles; CPR must be maintained. I really loved this information.
