Indiana Dentist Standard Renewal Requirements: Indiana dentists renew every two years, on March 1 of even-numbered years. Each licensee must log 20 CE hours, with at least half delivered live and no more than 5 hours in practice-management subjects. Required coursework includes a 2-hour block on ethics, professional responsibility, and Indiana dental law , which is part of the 20-hour total.
