Idaho Pharmacists Standard Renewal Requirements - Idaho pharmacists must renew their licenses biennially by birth date starting July 1, 2025, and are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education annually—including at least 12 hours of ACPE pharmacy-designated CE and up to 3 hours of CME from accredited providers. The board allows for a specialty certification to count as an alternative for audit, with further guidance available on the Idaho Board of Pharmacy website. I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
