Each period must include 4 hours in Basic Life Support and 2 hours in Ethics, Laws, and Regulations; the remaining hours can be fulfilled via courses, academic work, conferences, clinical teaching, or alternate pathways. No minimum for live or in-person training is specified. Full requirements are detailed by the Physical Therapy Board of California. link

I really loved this information.
