Additional information
Arkansas Dental Hygienist: Arkansas dental hygienists must renew their licenses by January 1 of every even-numbered year and complete 40 CEUs within each two-year cycle. The Board allows all hours to be obtained online if a graded post-test is included, but every hygienist must log at least one hour of Infection-Control training and maintain current Healthcare-Provider-level CPR certification. Acceptable CE must relate directly to clinical care or practice management; purely financial or business-meeting content is not creditable.
