• Arizona Physical Therapist Standard Renewal Requirements: Arizona Physical Therapists must renew every two years, with the compliance period running from September 1 of even years through August 31 of the next even year. Licensees must complete 20 contact hours per cycle, including at least 10 from approved Category A activities and up to 10 from Category B and C activities, including self-study, teaching, in-service, or publications.
