Alaska Physician Assistant - Standard Renewal Requirements: Alaska Physician Assistants renew every two years, on the date set by the department; the 2025–2026 cycle runs Jan 1, 2025 through Dec 31, 2026, and there is no grace period after expiration. Renewal requires current NCCPA certification and compliance with NCCPA CME/recertification requirements, rather than a separate state-set hour total. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me.
