Why is AchieveCE changing its design?
AchieveCE is migrating to a new site that has an improved web design and a better learning management system. With this new website, we’ll be able to make our courses more streamlined and easy on the eyes, making your online learning experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
Will I need to re-register to the new website?
You will receive an email from us with a link that will lead you to reset your password. All you need to do is click the link, put in your new password, and you’re all set! You can use your existing username and new password to log in to our new website.
Why do I need to reset my password?
Unfortunately, since your passwords are securely saved in encrypted formats on our old website, we can’t move that information to the new website. We need to have your password reset and saved to our new system in order to move your CE progress to our new platform.
I’m currently enrolled in a course. What will happen to my progress?
We highly encourage you to finish the course you’re currently enrolled in by September 26, 2020. If you have enrolled in a course package, we will migrate the courses you still haven’t finished to the new website, so you can finish the packaged courses there.
Don’t worry. Your progress is tracked, whether the courses are on the old website or the new one, and we will always report your credit units to CE Broker if applicable.
I’ve already completed courses on the old website. What will happen to my certificates?
Your certificates of completion are safe with us. You will still see them on our dashboard under My Certificates. We are still in the process of migrating your CE data to our new website, so if you can’t find the certificate you need on your student dashboard, feel free to contact us, and we will immediately send you a copy of your certificate!
