Canine Tick-borne Diseases
Learn to diagnose, treat, and prevent canine tick-borne diseases. This course equips veterinary professionals with essential knowledge on expanding tick populations and effective control strategies.

About this course
Veterinarians have been combatting canine bacterial and protozoal tick-borne diseases for decades. In recent years, the geographic regions of many of these pathogens have expanded, which suggests that the pathogens transmitted by ticks are much more extensive than expected. As a result, tick control for dogs is more important than ever. This course is designed to further educate veterinarians and veterinarian technicians on various tick-borne diseases as well as how to accurately diagnose, treat, and prevent these illnesses in canine patients. This two-hour course may be taken at your own pace and completely online from any mobile device or computer.

Real reviews, real results
I am always interested in continuing education in the areas of health, wellness, nutrition and mental health. Your course was well written, well organized and helpful in meeting state licensure requirements.
Very well written, easy to digest, time efficient, and straight to the point. Thank you!
I appreciate the convenience of the course being online and accessible through my phone and that it directly reports to CEBroker to support mandated education requirements.
I really loved this information. I was hospitalized last year for almost a month and I noticed multiple medical errors (not being hooked up to my IV multiple times, given wrong medication which caused my sodium to be very low, etc.) which lengthened my stay. I can now define those exact errors and better understand what happened to me. I hate that these medical errors are so common and I appreciate how well laid out your breakdown and categorization of them was.
I am always looking for concise ,thorough, and up to date continuing education, and this course provided exactly what I was looking for. Thank you
Enjoyed this course! It squarely met my license renewal requirement as a physician. It was well-written, and an altogether enjoyable read.
