HIPAA and Pharmacy Practice: What You Need to Know (Law) – 2 CE

Health care professionals, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, may be penalized or face fines and legal and professional consequences if they fail to comply with stringent HIPAA requirements.This one-hour course provides an overview of HIPAA and its requirements for health care professionals as well as steps that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians can take to comply with these requirements.
