Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions.


How do I access the courses I've purchased?

You can access your enrolled courses after logging in by clicking on My Dashboard (top right), then select “My Courses” in the dropdown menu. Then type in the title of the course in the Search bar and click “Launch Course”.

Where do I enter the code to receive credits for the webinar attended?

You would enter the four digit access code that will be provided after the webinar lesson to a survey form. The link to the survey form will be provided during the webinar via chat message.

Why is it charging me when I am already a member?

The reason it is charging you, is because you are not logged in to your account. Once logged in, you will be directed to your Dashboard where you can see your courses. If you are at the home page, click on My Dashboard (top right), then please select “My Courses” in the dropdown menu to go to your dashboard.

How do I know if AchieveCE is accredited for my required CE?
The best way to check the accreditation for your CE is to see our Accreditation list. Accreditations are listed by profession and then by state.
Will you report my completed hours for me?
For all states and boards that are tracked by CE Broker, we report all CE credits within 24 hours.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
After completing each course, you will immediately receive your certificate of completion on your inbox. As a courtesy, we also hold a copy of all certificates of completion indefinitely on behalf of our licensees.
Once I purchase the courses, how long do I have access to them?
At AchieveCE, we aim to provide the best possible continuing education experience. As such, none of our courses have time limits nor expiration dates. Feel free to complete your chosen courses at your own pace, from your computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
Are the courses timed?
Our system does not have any timers. The amount of time it takes to finish the course depends on you. To fully read through each course in detail requires approximately the number of hours stated on the contact hour description for each course. However, if you are already familiar with a particular course, then you can read through it at a faster pace that is suitable for you.
Can I print out the courses?
Our courses and their respective tests are meant to be taken online through your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, so we do not offer a quick way to print the tests out all at once. That said, you are welcome to copy and paste the course content that you want to read offline into a Word Document to print as needed. Please note, however, that each quiz will need to be completed online. You are welcome to complete each course on-the-go from your mobile device.
How many times can I retake the test on the course?
Each course has a test per state board requirements. However, you are welcome to take each test at your own pace. There are no time limits for taking the course. There is also no limit on the number of attempts you can take to pass the course.
What if I don't have a license yet? Can I still get credit for your courses?
If you’re in the process of applying for your license, simply check the box that says “I do not yet have a license number.” You will still receive a certificate of completion which you can then take to your board as proof of completion of the course. After you have received your license number, feel free to reach back out to us, and we’ll be happy to report it on your behalf.
Will I need a certain phone or computer to complete the courses?
Each of our courses is optimized for web viewing. They can be completed from any computer, tablet, or mobile phone. If you have any difficulty with the display on your screen, please first refresh your browser. If the problem persists, kindly update your browser.
What is your refund policy?

We are happy to provide a full refund as long as you make the refund request:

  1. within 30 days of the initial purchase of the course,
  2. before the course has been 100% completed, and
  3. before you receive your certificate of completion.
