CE Broker for Florida: How Does It Work?
Licensed health professionals licensed by the Florida Department of Health are required to renew their licenses every 2 years in order to maintain the right to practice. Most Boards use CE Broker to report and track the continuing education requirements of their license professionals.
But how does this process work, and how can you make sure your credits are submitted to and tracked by CE Broker?

What is CE Broker?
The Florida Department of Health contracted with CE Broker and uses the CE Broker electronic tracking system to simplify the compliance management process and check for CE compliance when Florida nurses renew their license.
How Does CE Broker Work for Florida?
A continuing education provider, such as AchieveCE, has to be an approved provider by CE Broker. As an approved provider, AchieveCE is required to register our courses with CE Broker, so that we can submit your completed course hours and license number directly to CE Broker and your respective state Board.
How Do I Make Sure My Florida License Credits are Reported to CE Broker?

If you don’t have these information yet, or you’re not sure if you have them on your account, you can check your Student Dashboard too put in these details. If any of these information is incorrect or missing, it will delay the results of your contact hours being reported and matched to you on CE Broker.
Complete your required hours. Make sure that you have earned 70% or more on the test after each course and completed the course survey by the end.

Will you report my completed hours for me?
Yes! For all states and boards that are tracked by CE Broker, we report all CE credits within 24 hours. We will automatically report your completed hours for you once you complete your courses and enter your state, profession, and license number on your profile.
I completed a course and paid for it but I don’t see the hours reported.
We automatically report courses within a few hours of your course completion and payment. Please make sure that you have entered your correct state, profession, and license numbers into your profile.
