AchieveCE Introduces Pandemic Certification Program

On July 2020, AchieveCE has launched its Pandemic Preparedness Healthcare Certification (PPHC) program, an online training program for healthcare professionals to addresses their needs for education on pandemic preparedness and patient management.

The Pandemic Preparedness Healthcare Certification is a 30-hour training program geared to help healthcare professionals gain expert knowledge on the preparation and handling of existing and upcoming pandemics.

The certification program includes 8 different up-to-date courses discussing coronavirus outbreaks, respiratory diseases, infection control, mental health considerations, and telemedicine integration to public health. These courses can be used for the continuing education renewal requirements of its enrollees.

As with all AchieveCE courses, the PPHC program can be taken at-your-own-pace and on any mobile device or home computer. You can also get recertified for PPHC for only $39 after two years.

Since the PPHC is not part of any state or board requirement for healthcare professionals, the certification program is AchieveCE’s first course package offering geared directly towards the professional development of its clientele. A PPHC certification shows employers a commitment to best practices in pandemic prevention, management, and improved patient care.

Originally priced at $249, the PPHC Certification is offered at a special introductory price of $199. The PPHC training program is also offered for free to healthcare professionals in Guyana, AchieveCE’s corporate social responsibility partner country.
